   • How can I create an account on the Pin Up website?

     Click the "Sign Up" button in the top-right corner. Fill in your personal information accurately to ensure smooth access and verification.

   • I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

     Check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find the email, confirm you typed the correct address. Still no luck? Reach out to our support team via the live chat icon in the bottom-right corner.

   • What currencies are available when signing up?

     During registration, you can choose from all supported currencies. Please note, once selected, the currency cannot be changed later.

   • Is it allowed to have more than one account?

     No. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple accounts may result in suspension and loss of winnings. If you forget your credentials, use password recovery or contact support.

   • Can I register if I’m under 18?

     No. Only individuals aged 18 and over are allowed to create an account and use our platform in accordance with legal requirements.
